HR Should Feel Personal.

I'm Felipe Val'le Ly, founder of PACK HR.

I created PACK HR (Partnership. Accountability. Continuity. Knowledge) after seeing growing businesses caught between two imperfect options: continue managing HR internally without enough support, or outsource it to a provider that never truly feels part of the organization.

I believed there was room for something more personal.

Why I Built PACK HR.

When you work with PACK HR, you work directly with me.

I take the time to understand your organization, your managers, your employees, and the kind of business you're trying to build. That context matters when an employee has a concern, a manager needs guidance, or leadership is facing a difficult decision.

My goal isn't to become another vendor you manage.

It's to become the HR partner you trust.

That's the idea behind PACK HR — experienced HR support that feels close enough to be in-house.

How I Work

Personal
Your organization isn't a ticket number. I take the time to know the people and business behind it.

Practical
HR should make running your organization easier, not create another layer of complexity.

Proactive
The best time to solve many HR problems is before they become problems.

Invested
I approach the relationship as a partner who cares about the organization you're building, not simply a consultant delivering recommendations.
